How to Upload Images

A well-stocked image library makes it faster to create polished, on-brand assets across campaigns. Upload your brand photos, product shots, team images, and more to get the most out of your creative workflow.

You can add tags to your images if there is additional information that Search AI should include in its results (dates, locations, anything that can't be detected from the imagery) to keep them organized and searchable.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Image Library

From the left-hand menu, click the Library tab. Under Media Types, select Images to access your Image Library.


Step 2: Upload Your Photos

Click the Upload button in the top right corner of the Image Library.


A window will appear where you can drag and drop up to 50 images or click Select File to browse and upload them from your computer. Once selected, your images will begin uploading automatically.

Important: Stay on the page until the upload window disappears to ensure all files upload correctly.

File Types and Requirements

Accepted file types: JPG, TIFF, PNG

Recommended resolution: 300 DPI

Maximum file size: 1GB per image

You can upload up to 50 images at a time


Once uploaded, use tags and folders to keep your images organized and searchable. This helps your team find the right visuals faster when creating content.
