Media Tagging for Content Organization

Tagging your content is a great way to keep it organized and searchable beyond the capabilities of Search AI, which is visual and audio-based. For distributed marketing teams, tags are often a key part of the content organization strategy.

Examples: Dates, Locations, Brands, Products, Event Names, Collaborations, Customers, Etc.

HOW TO ADD TAGS

There are 2 different ways to add tags to your media:

  1. BULK TAGGING

Click the applicable library you want to add tags to and click the Select button at the top right corner of AdPipe.

A banner will appear, and you can select as many items as you'd like tags to add. Once they are all selected, click "Tag".

Tip: To select a large number of items in bulk, hold down the shift key to select the first and final applicable item in the list of desired items. Once they are all selected, click Add Tags.

A window will pop up where you can type in the tags you want to add to your media. When all of the tags have been added, click Done.

When all your tags have been added, click the x in the yellow banner to return to your library view.

  1. INDIVIDUAL TAGGING

Anywhere within the library, you can click to open the Asset/Clip/Video/Image/Graphic you would like to assign a tag to.  On the left side of the screen, you will see a Details Tab.

DON'T FORGET TO PRESS SAVE!

Using consistent tags improves collaboration and ensures everyone on your team can easily locate the right content when they need it.
