How to Add Media to Folders
Organizing your videos, images, and assets in a thoughtful folder structure helps unlock the full power of AdPipe’s AI tools, search features, and content automation. A well-organized library means faster editing, smarter content suggestions, and better team collaboration.
There are 2 different ways to add media to folders:
Adding Media from Your Library
To add assets/videos/images/graphics to a folder, navigate to the applicable library and click "Select" in the top right corner of AdPipe.
A banner will appear, and you can select as many items as you’d like to add to a folder.
Pro tip: To bulk select a large number of items, hold down the shift key to select the first and final media to add to a folder. Once your media is selected, click Add to Folder.
A window will pop up where you can select the folder you'd like to add to your media. Select as many folders as you'd like and press Save.
Adding Directly from the Media Preview
When a video, image or asset is in preview mode, you can select the folder you'd like to add it to on the lefthand side on the details page:

Managing Folders
Making changes to your folder structure is easy! Simply click the folder you’d like to edit, then click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of AdPipe. From there, you can change the folder location, rename the folder, or delete the folder.
If you delete a folder, the media inside will not be deleted from your library.
