How to Use Graphics, Shapes & Text

Graphics, Text, and Shapes are used in the Editor to add customization and motion to content. The editor also provides comprehensive tools for text and graphics.

GRAPHIC TYPES

Overlay: An animated graphic meant to cover the whole canvas

Sticker: A still or animated graphic meant to be placed in one part of the screen, like a button, icon, or logo. A sticker can be resized once placed on the canvas.

Editable Graphics: Editable graphics allow you to edit the text and color. These are marked with a yellow pencil in the top left corner of your graphic.

ADDING GRAPHICS

With the editor open, navigate to the Graphics button on the left.

To filter through your graphics quickly, simply search for the name of the graphic you are looking for.

For the best results, keep your graphic search simple by only using one word to start, think aspect ratio, border, button, logo, etc.

After selecting a graphic, you can position it on the canvas, make it the appropriate size, and determine which portions of the video assets it should be presented on.

ADDING TEXT & SHAPES

After inserting text, adjust text position, font size, and on-screen timing directly from the side panel and timeline.

Shapes can be added to create buttons or stylish text backgrounds. You have complete control over timing, allowing you to determine when elements appear and disappear.

The editor itself serves as a real-time preview, ensuring that every change you make is reflected immediately so you can see exactly how your project will appear.
