Bulk Video Uploads

AdPipe provides the ability to upload videos in bulk batches via file transfer.


Uploading Files to AdPipe via FTP

  1. Download S3 compatible File Transfer Application (i.e. Cyberduck, FileZilla Pro, Transmit, etc.). Examples below are using Cyberduck:
    1. For Mac - https://update.cyberduck.io/Cyberduck-9.0.1.41941.zip
    2. For Windows - https://update.cyberduck.io/windows/Cyberduck-Installer-9.0.1.41941.exe
  2. Once Downloaded - Open your S3 compatible File Transfer Application and select “Open Connection”.
  3. Select “Amazon S3” as the connection type.
  4. Open and login to your AdPipe account.
  5. Once logged into your AdPipe account, Select Settings on the left side of your screen

  1. Once in Settings, select Ingestion on the left side of the screen

  1. Click “Copy” to the right of the “Server” line.

  1. Once copied, flip back to your S3 compatible File Transfer Application and paste into the server field.

  1. Return to AdPipe and copy the “Access Key Secret”. Return to the S3 compatible File Transfer Application and paste the “Access Key Secret” into the field below the “Access Key ID” field (i.e. Secret Access Key, password, etc.).

  1. Once the information has been entered into your S3 compatible File Transfer Application, select connect or login.

  2. Once connected, drag and drop the corresponding files you would like to upload into your AdPipe instance. Once the files have been added, they will automatically be uploaded into AdPipe. You can track the upload progress in the application and see the status of your upload in the corresponding AdPipe library. Here are the file types and size limits that can be uploaded:
    1. images: JPG, TIFF, PNG or HEIC | 1gb max
    2. videos: MP4 or MOV | 10GB max
  3. All uploads that are successfully processed are then removed from the S3 compatible File Transfer Application.
  4. Any uploads that failed to process will remain.
