How to Approve Assets

Process for Approving Video Drops and Ready-Made Assets on AdPipe

Step 1: Login and Navigate to Folder

1. Login to your AdPipe account.
2. Navigate to the folder of the Video Drop you requested.

Step 2: Access Ready-Made Assets

1. Inside the folder, locate the section for Ready-Made Assets.
2. Click on this section to view all the assets AdPipe has pre-made based on your request.

Step 3: Approve or Request Edits

1. Assets Tagged "In Review":
   • These assets are ready for you to check.
   • Click on the asset to review its details.
2. To Approve an Asset:
   • On the asset’s details page, locate the "Tags" section on the left-hand side.
   • Select the tag "Approved" to indicate the asset is good to go.
3. If Edits Are Needed:
   • On the asset’s details page, select the tag "Needs Revisions."
   • In the details section, specify the required changes (e.g., logo, messaging, video clip/image used). Be as detailed as possible to ensure the approval process runs smoothly.

Step 4: Repeat the Process

• Repeat the approval or edit request process for all assets in the folder.

Step 5: Notify your CSM

• After indicating the necessary edits, notify your Customer Success Manager (CSM) via email. 

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and approve ready-made assets in AdPipe, ensuring all content aligns with your requirements.
