Technical Requirements for AdPipe

For the best AdPipe experience, users need to ensure that their computer meets some basic technical requirements. AdPipe recommends the following basic requirements:

  • Browser & Operating System: AdPipe works on the latest version of Chrome and is also compatible with the latest versions of Windows and macOS.
  • Internet Connection: A stable connection with in-office speeds of 100mbps or at-home speeds of 20mbps.
  • RAM: At least 8GB of RAM
  • Processor: AdPipe recommends a dual-core processor or higher for both Windows and macOS users.
  • Screen Resolution: When using the AdPipe Generator, a screen resolution of 1280x720 pixels or higher is recommended.

If you are still experiencing issues, try these steps:

  • Navigate to the Settings tab. Within Settings, click on the Preferences sub tab.
  • Switch off AutoPlay using the toggle found next to "Auto play videos"

  • Run a speed test to ensure your internet is performing within an ideal range for optimal AdPipe performance and send your CSM a screenshot of your results.
  • Contact your CSM to inform them of any other issues you may be experiencing - feedback is fuel for us to continually improve your AdPipe experience!
