Searching in Folders

Searching within a specific folder in your AdPipe Library is a powerful way to narrow down results and find exactly what you need. Whether looking for clips, soundbites, or images, using AI Magic within a folder helps you filter by context and category.

Why Search in Folders?

Folders represent themes or content categories (like Food and Beverage, Events, or Testimonials). Running your search inside one of these folders ensures your results are more relevant and tied to the footage you want to work with.

How to Use AI Search in a Folder

1. Click the Library tab from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Select a Folder

   Click into the folder where you’d like to run your search. For example, “Food and Beverage.”

3. Use the AI Magic Search Bar

   At the top of the page, you’ll see the AI Magic search bar. This allows you to type in keywords or prompts (e.g., “barista pouring coffee” or “chef slicing vegetables”).

4. View and Download/Share/Create

   Results will display only from content within the selected folder, allowing faster, more focused searches. You can export, share, or create an asset from there.

Video, Image, and Soundbite Search in Folders

You can also use different search types within a folder to find exactly what you need. When you’re in a folder, click the dropdown in the search bar to choose from:

• AI Magic – Use natural language prompts to find clips and images visually related to your idea
• Sound Bites – Search for spoken audio moments pulled from your video content
• Names & Tags – Filter by specific tags that were added during upload or tagging

These options allow you to tailor your search even more and quickly surface the right content within the folder you’re working in.
