Collaborate on an Asset or Media File

Collaboration in AdPipe is simple. If you’re working with a teammate to shape an asset or game planning on video, you can leave context and direction using the Description field and then share the link for quick visibility.

Step-by-Step:

Open the asset or media file

Navigate to the image, video, or asset you want to collaborate on and click to open the detail view.

Add a description

Use the Description box on the left-hand side to add context, direction, or feedback. This is helpful when handing it off to someone else on your team.

Click Save

Once you write your notes, click Save to ensure the description is stored.

Share the asset

Copy the URL from the address bar and share it with any teammate who has access to your AdPipe instance. They’ll land on the same media file, complete with your notes in view.

Why This Works

Adding a description keeps internal communication clear and avoids long back-and-forths over Slack or email. It’s an easy way to align on next steps, provide approvals, or give creative input without needing to leave the platform.
